On a visit to Birmingham from Edinburgh and had some unexpected complications. Cheryl and the team were so incredibly kind and helped me out right away! Plus the store itself is so lovely and cute! 10/10 recommend!

My first visit today. Staff very friendly and helpful. Eye examination very thorough and great help with choosing new glasses. Everything explained brilliantly, from procedures and findings of the examination to the choice of lenses and frames. Totally recommend.

Wonderful experience bringing my 3 year old daughter for her first eye test. Rupa was absolutely amazing with her-so gentle, warm and friendly. Highly knowledgeable and the entire experience was far superior to the regular high street chains. My husband and I will definitely be using here for our own eye tests from now on. Lovely welcoming reception team too and beautiful interior. All in all, couldn’t have been better.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care or for my children. Friendly, knowledgeable care with a great range of frames. Really helped me to choose some great glasses for my new look that I’d otherwise not have had the confidence to choose. Thanks Rupa and the team!

I came to kings opticians last weekend for an eye test - never been before. Right from the get go, the service was wonderful. I was welcomed in with a smile and had a great chat with the team. My optician was amazing, made me feel comfy straight away and explained things thoroughly so I totally understood. Can’t wait to come back and select my glasses soon !!

Update: just picked them up and they look amazing! The team were once again lovely, talked me through how to make sure they fit correctly, mentioning that I can pop back in for an adjustment if I find they’re not fitting properly. 10/10. Thanks guys! X
